Community Impact

Because access to mental wellness shouldn’t depend on finances.

The Breaking Barriers Fund helps reduce financial and logistical barriers that prevent individuals and families from accessing mental wellness support. Through community support and partnerships, the fund assists with transportation, wellness programming, and access-related needs for underserved individuals and families.

Why it Matters

At Our Village Services, we understand that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Too often, individuals and families are ready for support but face barriers that make access difficult — including financial hardship, transportation challenges, limited community resources, and stigma surrounding mental health.

The Breaking Barriers Fund was created to help bridge those gaps and increase access to wellness-centered support, community programming, and meaningful opportunities for healing and connection.
