What this Program Includes
This is a 3-month, integrated program that combines group and individual support.
1. Kickoff: Wellness Workshop & Assessment
A live workshop (in-person or virtual) introducing key wellness concepts and setting a non-judgmental tone.
An anonymous employee wellness survey to understand stressors, needs, and barriers within your specific workplace.
2. Individualized, Multi-Disciplinary Assessment
Each participating employee is offered an assessment with three practitioners:
Mental Health (1st Step Counseling)
Emotional health, stress, anxiety, burnout, and coping strategies.Nutrition & Physical Health Practitioner
Energy, sleep, daily movement, and realistic lifestyle supports.Nurse Practitioner
Basic health screening, review of existing conditions, and guidance on when to seek medical follow-up.
From there, each employee receives an individualized wellness plan focused on small, sustainable changes—not perfection.
3. Ongoing Support & Integration
Based on needs and your budget, this may include:
Follow-up coaching sessions
Small-group support circles
Targeted mini-trainings for managers or HR
Communication tools to keep wellness part of everyday operations
