For individuals arrested for or convicted of DWAI, DWI, DUI, and other Impaired Driving Offense
Here is what you can expect from the clinical screening and assessment process:
- NYS OASAS Impaired Driver Services consent form
- Urine Drug Screen
- Complete assessment(s) in 1-2 appointments
- Arrest report or other related reports
- Collateral contact from a family or friend
Impaired Driver Clinical Screening and Assessment Fees $250 ($50 for Urine Drug Screen)
*Payment due at the appointment
The assessments will be determined upon receipt of all documents and submitted within a week of the initial appointment.
