Providers of Clinical Screening and Assessment Services for the Impaired Driving Offender

For individuals arrested for or convicted of DWAI, DWI, DUI  and other Impaired Driving Offense Here is what you can expect from the clinical screening and assessment process:

• NYS OASAS Impaired Driver Services consent form
• Urine Drug Screen
• Complete assessment(s) in 1-2 appointments
• Arrest report or other related reports
• Collateral contact from a family or friend

Impaired Driver Clinical Screening and Assessment Fees $350 ($50 for Urine Drug Screen) *Payment due at the appointment cash, credit, or money order Upon receipt of all documents, the determination of the assessments will be submitted within a week of the initial appointment.
